for FOl/CFOL you have to cohost first but other than that you can host what you want as long as it is on queue, or is turbo, or is misc

Well like depends on what you mean, if you mean a balance team/moderation team, theres almost always one present in one form or another. But theres usually a cohost spot for people trying to learn FOL hosting
