Even though I hate the style, I’m giving JoJo a shot and its ok.

FMA is a classic.

Black Lagoon and all the old toonami late night animes (Yu-Yu-Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun) are excellent.

And Berserk is highly regarded as one of the best animes of all time, but don’t watch the movies. Watch the 1996 golden arc.
