It’s usually Esper Humans rather than Mardu Humans because of Meddling Mage, but yeah.

i think the reason why is that Mutate has the stipulation that it can’t Mutate humans???

by the way this set gives off major Kaladesh vibes in the Mutate mechanic. it feels an awful lot like how Energy cards only synergised with other energy cards, and by that we mean Aetherworks Marvel

I like that tho cuz they can super push mutate stuff cuz they know it wont break other formats
also the Oops! All Odd Cards Companion doubles all odd-cost damage sources

it definitely needs some tweaking and some better mutate options
Fertilid isn’t ideal for ramp really, and i’d ideally include some kind of mutate ramp. i don’t think Migratory Greathorn is going to cut it
