I got real lucky with both my allies and my roles in those games

First, the unbelievably broken Diplomat/Time Mage/Prophet combo that turned the game into a turbo

Then the insanely powerful Collector that had enough info to keep themselves safe and potent, wriggling into an alliance that lasted until the end
