Okay so, every week or whenever I’m gonna change the debate for this thread

I will post a topic to debate(nothing political don’t worry) and then people will debate about them
at the end there will be a poll between the two or three(or however many) options and the “winners” will be the ones that argued for the thing with the most votes

Keep the debate civil and not like: “this thing is better” “no it isn’t” “yes it is”

First Debate:
#What is the best superpower, Flight, Invisibility, or Telepathy?

Flying.

I don’t need to wait for bus or buy fuel or ride a bike or walk.

Then I can start worrying about rain.

Telepathy.

You can telepathically erase yourself from someone’s mind, so there’s your invisibility.

You can also telepathically get yourself a free taxi or bus ride, even plane ride?

Many things can be won over with Telepathy.

Telepathy.
Join tournaments and make money.
Then you can fly places using things such as planes and blend into the shadows a bit more to make you seem invisible.

Okay the telepathy argument is solid, but let me tell you why mother fucking flight is the actual best one

  1. You never need to pay money for travel ever again
  2. It’s genuinely practical, you can to actual useful things with this and not just stuff for your own personal games
  3. You can have an unobstructed view of any scenery you can imagine, fucking beautiful
  4. You never have to buy shoes again, you know how annoying shoes are? You’ve got to find the right pair, the right brand, they’ve got to be comfortable but at the same time durable, they’ve got to be practical but you may also want them to be stylish, etc etc etc
  5. It would be fun, constantly, the others can have their moments of entertainment, but flight is fun from start to finish, fetching a glass of refreshing generic beverage? better hover over to the fridge, late to school? just fly there, can’t find your glasses? levitate around while looking for them
  6. It can be used when you’re on your own, Telepathy exclusively relies on other people being around you and Invisibility only effects those around you, Flight can be fun wherever you are and whoever you’re with
  7. It’s the only one that can be shared, if you’re strong enough you could pick your friends up and fly around with them for a bit, Telepathy can’t truly be shared, as you can tell someone what others are thinking but they’ll never truly experience it the way you do, the same could be argued for flight as they won’t be able to fly unimpeded but they get a much closer experience
  8. You never need to buy any chairs or sofas again, what’s more comfortable than floating on the air?
  9. You can annoy people by dropping things on them

What’s not to love about flight?

  1. Telepathy you can just mind wipe somebody so they don’t charge you for anything either. No charge for your favourite dinner or take out OR GAMES.

  2. Practical? Telepathy let’s you be Mental and Practical.

  3. Unobstructed view? Just go into someone’s mind and look at something from their POV.

  4. Buy shoes? Telepathy. Free swag.

  5. What else is fun? Making people think they forgot stuff but they didn’t. And getting free shit.

  6. Why do things alone when you can fuck with peoples minds? Get the girl you like with Telepathy too. Or make people go away.

  7. “If you’re strong enough” eh… or I can just make a pilot fly a plane for me. Private jet

  8. Chairs? I like chairs… FREE CHAIR WITH TELEPATHY!

  9. You can also annoy people by making them forgot things ;D

Telepathy is cool, but you will learn too much irrelevant things and you will get probably a headache. Though, you can beat everyone in poker and be rich. Flight would be weird because people can see you flying. I think best is invisibility, because if you are going to kill someone, there will be witness. If someone is following you at night, you can turn the corner and get invisible.
