Power hungry people? Yeah. People so deluded by their ambitions they lie about everything? Yes. A typical person with feelings and a backstory? Yes.
But… a person with nothing other than a goal of “I want to rule the world through chaos because I can”? The type that goes “IMPOSSIBLU HOW DID THIS HAPPEN”. No. Those are theories, they aren’t fleshed personalities. They are 2D, I no like 2D. I want 3D.

The Bracer Guild is an international and neutral organisation. The guild’s motto is to “Protect the safety of citizens and property”.
The requests they get range from monster extermination requests to mundane tasks like lost-and-found, which has obtained the respect of the citizens in both countries.
They have 3 principles.
First, Bracers are an organisation above borders or nationality. Preserving the Safety and Peace of the civilians is the duty of a bracer.
Secondly, If a civilian’s safety or freedom is compromised, safety of said civilian is to be ensured.
Lastly, Bracers have no authority over national entities and organisations recognized by them.
