Al chuckles a bit “I’m more than sure she did.” She takes the uniforms “I have a room right?”
“Oh yes! Take the stairs up and find the room with your name! You’ll be rooming with others, and don’t worry, I’ve convinced the principal to separate girls and boys into different rooms!”
Instructor Herschel smiles brilliantly, as if that was no easy feat to pull off.
“I mean, I wouldn’t mind bunking with guys.” She shrugs, seemingly not impressed with the feat of not having co-ed dorms “I find I fit in better with them anyways, though…” She trails off, clearly thinking a bit
The teacher puts out a small orb from the third box, examines it, and puts it back into the box, before writing on another piece of paper. Al recognises it.
“And, the bathrooms are on the first floor, and curfew by 9 every day!”
“9 o clock curfew?” She seems rather annoyed “That’s a bit extreme no?”
She sighed.
“That is true, but the things that the Principal proposed were way worse than that… Though I apologize for not getting at least a 10 curfew…”
Sounds like this Principal is one handful.
“That’s fine, I’ll work around it,” She sighs
“I suppose i’ll be off now.”
She nods and continues on sorting the small little orbs and assigning them each to each person.
Brightly colored pieces of orbs. Strangely alluring.
must…not…ask…every question possible
She sets off for her dorm, moving quickly away from the brightly colored pieces of technology
A hatch in a mostly untouched building is cast to the side, landing with a clonk. A moment after, a figure climbs out from the crevice from atop a ladder.
It hadn’t made sense to travel through the station to Leeves, so he instead went for the alternative approach. Wasn’t a problem, just didn’t want to draw undue attention.
It had taken longer than expected and he had understood that he probably could have gotten there quicker had he taken the train, but there was an inherent risk because obviously there was.
Things like this really don’t have to happen, but chancing so much for so little is about as worth it as dropping a brick on your foot for a bet.
Threnvi, after some brief thought, considered that they were probably not too far from the station. It would be good to blend in with the rest of the prospective class.
Uriah hesitated momentarily, before shrugging and walking over. “Can I assist in any way?” He asked.
Aleksei hopped off the ride, looking around with his eyes. New town, new people, and hopefully, new skills to learn. He was certainly nervous, with him never going outside of his town nor the route he was given during his time as a courier. Though, like his father, he was taught a real man shows no weaknesses, like nervousness in his case. So, taking a deep breath and exhaling out, he walks to Neinvaille Exchange, wondering what might be inside there.
Threnvi headed toward Sias’ Branch Academy, knowing that they had to mat least ‘check in’ per se.
@Shurian
(Shurian was online ten minutes ago.)
(known. I just wanted to make sure they saw the action when they did get back online)
Branch Campus Dormitory
“Oh! Hello! Could you show me your letter?”
The two of them entered the dormitory at the about the same time, albeit Threnvi a little later than Uriah. She takes the paper with the students’ faces and checkboxes out.
“Letter?” Uriah frowned, but reached into his bag. “You mean the invitation?” He handed over a folded letter of invitation.
“Of course.”
Threnvi hands them the invitation / letter thing, staring past them while doing so.
Uriah glanced at Threnvi. “Greetings.”
