Well, Instructor Herschel picks up a quartz, that seems to be slightly glowing. She looks at Al and the Quartz, before writing down something next to Al’s name on the paper.
This she sees and files away in her brain for future reference.
She then finishes her mini-concert and takes the tart out the case, digging into it.
Uriah coughed. “The academy is closed right now.” Duh.
“Of course it is.” He sighs. “So far this place looks very promising.”
“Have you been to the dormitories yet?” Uriah asked.
Academy Front Gates
“Oh? Students aren’t supposed to be here until Monday.” An imposing voice boomed from behind.
Aurelia Le Guin
Of course, those of Jannis would know of her as the commander that lead the army into Jannis, and got a victory over the Jannisian Army. Through her efforts, the army was thoroughly defeated, though the people of the army were spared from atrocities.
And those of Noble Descent would know of her as the foremost Noble that held the most power in the south of the Empire. In the noble world, she was a very powerful noble that had considerable power comparable to the Radiant Blademaster of the Fishing Village, and the Royal Guard’s Captain.
“It is good to be eager, however, there is a time and place for everything. Go back to the town.”
Uriah turned around. “We’re just students,” he explained. “My friend here got lost.”
“It is. However, students are not permitted on the school grounds now. Return on Monday.”
Uriah looked sheepish. “Sorry,” he murmured, sidestepping past Aurelia and heading off.
She awaits for the rest of the students to leave…
And so they did…
Rhosyn cautiously got out of her ride and peered around. She looked blank, if not annoyed. She seemed to completely avoid other people, as if they weren’t even there. Taking immediate interest in the armory, she started walking towards it.
There will be a time skip in 27 mins.
???
I don’t know where this armory is, for it is not in Leeves. Refer to the second post for the list of locations that you can visit.
whoops
Realizing there was no armory and looking slightly embarrassed, Rho decided to just wait around at the station.
Skipping Time…
Sias Branch Academy - Outdoor Training Grounds
@Geyde @Ami @Lightsin @Magnus
The students were told to gather here at 8.30 AM. The time now is 8.20 AM. Most students have arrived, including Aleksei, Al, Uriah and Threnvi.
Leeves Station
@sulit
“Hey now kid. Don’t worry too much, a student of mine will take good care of you, and I assure you, she won’t bite. I got you your stuff from Towa yesterday.”
…
“Head straight to the big campus and join up with the students there. I got my bracer duties, so I can’t stay for long. Keep in touch, kay?”
And there she goes. Time to go to the entrance ceremony.
Al was in her itchy, annoying, and worst of all, formal uniform. She despised every second she spent in this uniform and was only made bearable by a certain thing.
She checked her satchel and ensured everything was in order before taking out her flute and cleaning it.
“Alright.”
Rhosyn ran to campus, worrying she’d be late for the entrance ceremony.
Sias Branch Campus - Outdoor Training Grounds
Rhosyn arrives on scene, joining the others in uniform… making a total of 22 students…
The time slowly approaches 8.30…
Al finishes cleaning her flute and puts it away, waiting for it to start.
“Finally, I starting to wonder if this was a bad decision.” Aleksei mutters, looking around. This still was pretty new to him. Maybe he should try and talking with some of the folk around here, though maybe not with the commoners. He’s never had fun experiences with commoners, with most memories of them being filled with greedy merchants in a tiny stand or people jumping him. He wasn’t exactly in the mood for getting jumped today…
And of course, at 8.30 sharp, a group of adults, led by an imposing woman walked out of the main academy building. Of course, many people started whispering…
“That’s General Le Guin!”
“What’s she doing here?”
“Is she really an Instructor?”
Amongst the people that were led by Le Guin, the tall, red haired man and the petite instructor were there too. In addition to them, was a kind young lady nearing her 30s, a military officer of the Railway Military Police, as well as a young enthusiastic lady with an old grumpy man.
And as they reached the Training Grounds, since the students didn’t stop talking…
“Silence!”
It sure stopped in a jiffy.
