Because Memesky is unreadable and doesn’t help town even when he’s town. When he does shit like claiming Mafia you can’t tell if he’s openwolfing or shitposting as town, and that’s usually all he does.

Celeste has a real town/scum motivation and will help her own faction as time passes.

The fact that he wants to policy lynch Memesky again, even though he has toned down his trolling is kind of suspicious however, lots of people hate Memesky now after the RM fiasco.

Scum can also cause shit to happen. For a recent example see how scum!PKR futilely tried to cast suspicion on town!Vulgard in RM over one of his jokes. There’s a line between scumhunting and just putting the illusion of scumhunting. The fact that Hippo is putting so many BS excuses makes me believe he is the latter.

I like this post, it’s quite analytical and brings up a good point. We should disregard Wham here and I agree.

Fine, until we find a scummier player I suggest voting Hippo. His earlier posts suggesting a PL on nebulous reasons were bad, but the blatant OMGUS just decided for me.

This analysis on psycho does seem town motivated and it changes my views on psycho a lot. However, it feels slightly OMGUS-y as well.

Point here is that she’s Celeste and when she pulls that she as she’s done in the OP she’s more often than not town. The reason I stepped in was because while Hippo’s frustration was justified, having Celeste vigged would be a waste of resources as she was most likely town, which would mean one more townie dead.

I like this more now after re-reading it. It does explain Sarun’s motivations.

The point is, there’s no reason why a townie would have to make such a forced read like that. Had he just voted me without any explanation or a brief one then it won’t have pinged me as much, but for him to post so much fluff such as that remark on my post content when I just began the game overall felt like a poor attempt at blending in, which is his typical scum play. Additionally, his reaction towards my analysis on his posts were just bad and overly reactive. The hunter test was just dumb as if he really thought me as scum he could just have voted me up and I really doubt town!Psycho would have gone through the hoops to pull something like this.

Eh, if Psycho flips town I’d imagine Dama is also spewed likely town as well. His behavior d1 in Blender makes me believe that his scum playstyle is purely opportunism and if he isn’t jumping on a townie’s wagon then I don’t think the odds of him being scum are likely.

I really think he may be trying to setup chain mislynches if psycho flips town. If he were so suspicious of me I don’t necessarily believe he’d vote psycho first, and then for some reason he basically put my argument as distancing/bussing.

Overall he’s also reading far way too many people as scum despite that it’d make an impossible scumteam such as Livicius/Me/Psycho/Insanity/Boss.

I think he may be playing this match exactly how I played FEFM.

This pings me, he says I’m playing like him in Fates yet I was genuinely putting out my reads as they came in after reading 2000 posts. Reading 5 people as scum in a 29 player game seems rather normal doesn’t it? I didn’t vote psycho first, I vote him first.

Thing is, his scumlean on both Boss and Parfait seem odd as considering how he never really pushed either of them this is either WIFOM shit or potential distancing assuming Luxy flips scum.

Additionally, he marked both as scumleans for two very opposite reasons. For you, he called you scum as attempting to wagon her, for me, he called me scum for attempting to defend her. His ISO is just a walking, talking, bundle of contradictions.

This was before Celeste claimed IC. Livi just seemed to jump on the wagon while Sarun was trying to whiteknight her. Distancing here between them so if one of them gets lynched they can’t be associated. However, I could be incorrect. I don’t think I’m contradicting myself.

Overall, some of Sarun’s posts seem towny yet others seem like he deliberately making stuff up in order to get me lynched. I don’t know what to think about this at the moment except that I still think Sarun is scum. At least for now.
