Not only I did not kill Squid, but even I refused to give night action when I was asked by Orange to see who I can trust.
I mean I was trying to townhunt basing on reactions to the death. Obviously people who thought I killed Squid could not be the vig responsible for it. So I tried to create a “hidden” (As of not known to scum) confirmed town.
Didn’t expect Hippo went out and claimed the kill outright.
It’s same as day 1 IC reveal. You can, right. But it is much more likely to affect the game if you do it in a right moment.
I had softed i was one-shot vig to shit with my interaction D1 with celeste so it doesnt matter.
If I had more shots or was a PR i wouldnt have claimed it.
Shooting a scum is basicly same as confirming self with IC reveal.
It’s not like scum would ever shot a scum.
If you hold this info you could use it much later on to confirm yourself as town in like LyLo or MyLo situation to lead town.
i was already confirmed town to like everyone from my interaction with ici - look at how both the doc and watcher were on me.
I stand by my decision, esp as no wills so when I die scum could have claimed the shot.

I was literally already lock-town by everyone, I have no abilities and was likely going to be attacked very soon for my activity and confirmed nature. At least scum cant claim the kill. AND maximus always suspects me and sees if people have killed.
The IC outting and the TP outting for no reason was dumb, but I stand by claiming the shot in this specific situation.
Although I agree in general viges shouldnt instantly claim shots, esp if they have more than 1 use.
