You are about to rob stuff.

Either via sneaking in using Phantom abilities, eliminate guards quietly, then use technician’s abilities to get into safes ect. and leader to control the hostages.
Or just go full in and shoot everything what moves. Gunslingers will be useful, but also leaders and technicians.

Sometimes you will have to sneak in and change to the shooting mid-way the heist.

But in general it will be mostly about planning what you want to do and when.
