I would recommend gunslinger to go silenced sniper riffle or sth on stealth missions, so he can eliminate stuff from far, not getting close to guards (since guy with heavy weapons will never look not suspicious, lul)

Suddenly a Bag falls from one of the bulidings along with 4 masks which are just blank… The equipment you need is in the bag and those masks are there so your identity isn’t revealed also please use these masks before getting all ready for a battle also feel free to decorate it if you want The announcement goes off.

Now then since you have gotten your equipment you know what to do come on get em and well then we continue…

Strangle is roleplaying a guy responsible for finding you good targets for heists and organizing you some outside help with them, but never actually taking part in it.
