  1. Base HP is 10.
  2. Detection penalty:
    Guards and civilians are more likely to raise an alarm and call the cops if a guy with huge assault riffle and a bulletproof vest goes in, then if a guy in casual clothes and a small pistol hidden in the pocket.
  3. You will be able to buy better weapons as you earn more money.
