Boss claims he targeted you, but you’re poisoned, and our convert didn’t go through.

The only way our convert couldn’t have gone through that we know of is Dat, who is dead. If he directed actions to himself, he would have directed boss, who would have delayed his death. If boss goes before Dat, then actions on you would be delayed and we would have a convert because Dats action would have been delayed.
