Soft claims are not “reduntant” in UPick when we have nightplans we’re beginning to work on.
Wham do you want me to give them the night kill tonight (they don’t get notified or receive it if they’re not town so it’s useful for finding a non town anyway) or do you want me to prime someone guaranteed town
That is bad town play. “hey all protectives roles out so we know the ideal order to kill you all in!”
We get no closer to finding scum as they can easily soft a class and be overlooked, as they clearly have, but scum now have infinitely more knowledge about our classes. Good fricking job.
And if you want me to claim more than I already have you can get my exact townie rolecard from my cold dead body and think about how you need to improve your mafia skills beyond solely relying on claims to read people.

You’re making what is a pretty accurate generalization about this strategy in UPick and clearly failing to apply it to the logic that’s already been given.
We don’t have any genuine protectives nor real investigates ~ Most all of the town roles revealed so far are quite vanilla, and equal in power.
That’s why, if you’d like me to use deduction to find scum, I feel I’ve already done so.\

If noz, PKR or dama vote me they are scum as they know this is how I play. The rest of you are mostly new so I don’t mind you having awful reads on me and don’t think it’s a scumtell.

If you had read any games on this site, I’ve played basically all, you’d have seen this is how I play every game I’m town so I highly doubt you have.
