Dama blocked you when there was a kill, and you claimed it even tho I claimed blocked too. When Simon said he blocked me it basically confirmed Dama blocked you so confirmed you.

And fire suicided on PKR, insanity was only unlimited use ability claim when there was one left, and Simon blocked me when kill which confirmed both of us.

Fun fact: Simon wouldve flipped as just Mafia for 2 days after their death then their full role would be revealed.
