Conversions are a thing in this game. No doubt about it and Ici lies since he said there isnt. Conversions prolong the game and his bastard mechanics wont always be able to cover for evils.
This is also a very bad quote as it proves Ici is going hardcore with his bastards. In Mafia Universe, there was a similar game like this that was essentially pure bastard.

I donāt think Ici would create a purposefully broken game for us - I at least hope the fun rule was sarcastic. Scum that flip town are just fuckin stupid, PRESUMABLY thatās not the bastard Ici is including
Even i dont think heāll go that far Whamm as it would impose too much of a sense of dread. Ici did seem to like how Frostās Evil Within game played out so I will assume that he took some mechanics from it.

Official announcement: This game may contain bastard mechanics, but is NOT a bastard game. Essentially, Iāve designed this as a normal game with some elements that I consider bastard.
