I have no doubt that, as long as it isn’t shuttered for reasons I discussed above, more people will join.
But it is my understanding that ToL has not been doing great player-wise. Maybe I heard wrong, but if that is true, that casts a shadow on our recruiting power and longevity for reasons essentially outside of our control.
So sure, I’m not going to act like there’s no hope here, and that the people still here don’t have some power to dictate where things go from here.
But I don’t think they have total control, and I think that could well be fatal. Even if it isn’t, the forum will be a completely different landscape in January 2020 than it was in January 2019. In some ways, they’re hardly recognizable as the same. And that’s going to be the case no matter what.
