Every player is a separate faction of scum. We start as survs, but need to remember our faction somehow. We donā€™t need to defeat everyone to win, but only people who didnā€™t remember their faction yet (Neutrals) and 2 other specific factions (judging by Jasmineā€™s flip). Factions are Town, Unseen, Mafia, BD, Green Kraken, Cult and 3 others probably. You would need allies to win in a game like that and surviving would still be a part of a wincon.

This all is speculation, of course.
