I had a read on people joining or not joining the first rand server but then I realized it was dumb and also kind of angleshooty and now I’m sad

Maybe I put too much stock in “unique takes = town”, but this is one. It doesn’t feel overtly showy either. Like I don’t see scum Arete thinking this up as a way to get townread.

In addition I liked their read on Sulit, because that clears up that slot for me more too.

light V for me at the moment, I think her tone + investment + postcount are all good signs

like more specifically I thought the fact that she was using nonstop capital letters in the early game was townie because it indicates that she genuinely cares about and is excited about the game, which is basically never true of scum sulit, and while I think she might be able to fix her postcount tell in a game like this I doubt she’d be able to fake genuine excitement

Preflips are bad. I can see a world where that happens, but the world where that doesn’t happen is more likely to me. Actually either way, I feel the way you forced it is unnatural, so I’d still consider you scum candidate for a bus. There weren’t enough fireworks for a planned bus however, so probably you’d look a lot better to me then. Hmm.
