Insanity and Squid can be either (Scum faction working together UNLIKELY) or telling the truth.

I dont see a reason why they arent telling a truth here.

I asked what he was doing
Is it a lie that he followed me/had that list or was he reaction testing?

So arms dealer exists then, and we can tell if the sword is real or not, whereas we canā€™t determine whether the shield is real or not
