-During the night, the Framer can change the way people look to Cops. For example, if a Elf Cop checks a Realms of man citizen and the Framer makes the citizen look like a Chaos, the Cop will get an unallied report, since Elves hate Chaos
-Effect lasts one night
-May choose which faction the target is framed as
-For purposes of visiting, framed targets will look like they visited the mafia kill target. For example, if a Undead framer framed a Realms of man citizen, if followed, it will look like the citizen visited the Undead kill target, or if a Watcher watches the kill target, it will look like the citizen visited the kill target as well.
