There’s numerous games that change the default white, arrow type cursor to a fancy detailed cursor.
Well, my suggestion is relatively simple, a Throne of Lies in game cursor. 
perhaps multiple, maybe some could even be sold as a cosmetic type item, like how Dota 2 does with cursor packs and such.
