I would lynch-imm HTM and shoot eevee

First: even if HTM is scum, they are unlikely to be lynched anyways and we can still get their scumbud

As for eevee, I think they have a unlikely but decent chance of being scum. I would shoot them because I think we may need to lynch them in the future and we would still have 2 tries to catch a scum
