Andrej looks scummish to me based on votes and words.

For starters, they Followed a wagon on me proposed by jake while pressure was on them. This is a move that takes pressure off of them and on to me. Jake took the vote off after getting what he wanted but andrej has yet to do anything and there is likely a sinister motivation behind that vote

Andrej also threw out a potential scumteam of Me/Jake/Lymphoma. After being asked why, he hasn’t answered. As scum, he probably doesn’t have an answer, but wants the sus to go towards us three and away from scumbuddies.
HTM and Magnus both said some things earlier which can be interpreted as scum

Magnus can’t name the scumfac, which would make sense if he was town and never checked the OP.
This is consistent with him trying to talk about how he would want to mechanically confirm players, despite there being no mechanical confirmation in this setup

This consistency makes it unlikely that he was trying to slip as town earlier
