What happened?
I’m not sure that it is a bug. The thing is that CL can bleed target during trial period (when someone is accused) and Assasin can not.
What was SUPPOSED to happen?
Assa can poison target in any time but 7 last seconds of the day.
Steps to reproduce:

I don’t see the reason of preventing Assasin of being able to poison someone during trial period.
