Zombuul is a Demon with the following ability;

If a player did not die the previous day, select a player; They die. The first time you die, you live but register as dead.

Assassin ability is ā€œOnce per game, attack a player; they die, even if they would not normally.ā€

Mastermind ability is ā€œIf the Demon dies by execution, play for one more day; whomever is executed on that day loses.ā€

i forget who has it, but if fang gu and vortox are in the same expansion you should run that, put vortox, give it that previous title, and make all results make it look like its fang gu

BotC seems like a solid blend between mechanics/social play thatā€™s different enough from standard FM to succeed on its own merits
