You can vote in this channel, much like Marshal’s just done. But again, ghost vote means that you only get one execute vote at most. All others after the ghost vote is spent will be defaulted to pardon.

Indeed. Before the vote is locked in, you can change it, and once your ghost vote is locked in, you will be notified.
