I believe

eevee is Town that told Shurian all claims (they mentioned this) and Shurian killed me as they knew my claim due to eevee

Itā€™s not gamethrowing if they do not have the intent to lose, which I doubt eevee has.
I can see eevee as town having a motive for claiming scum.
