It’s not guaranteed, but it’s safe to assume as such, while it’s unlikely, I can perfectly see a world where a Demon whispered a Minion who is neighbouring Gorta, the Demon is next to Gorta or Gorta is an evil FT, to my knowledge, Amelia loves making the BH evil but he also loves making the BH’s first ping be the evil player.

Also, tbf, it’s a 4/13 guess anyway, not that unlikely to hit a townsfolk role that isn’t in play. (Granted, 3/13 with Drunk)
