Revealing 2 doctors and doing a heal loop is very valid.

I mean, it leaves one doctor to try to alternate between Jailkeeper and bodyguard, because when either one breaks the cycle, they die.
Additionally, it keeps 2 people alive. There are 3 circus freaks, so they will be outvoted eventually.
