but in all honestly if we were to get rid of the bomb entirely and make sorcerer a JOAT type of neutral killer that would be sick

Sorcerer first day Ability could be disguise-Appear as a certain class of your choice for the rest of the game. You may change this whenever you want to.

Class thatā€™s meant to fit in and confirm themselves while slowly taking out both the blue dragon and unseen

Sorc second night Ability instead of the trigger all bomb thing can be. Empower-Kill a player bypassing everything. Your killing ability will be disabled the next night.

Bewitch (occupy), Cleanse (heal), Discern (investigate)?

Actually better idea

Empower-Empower your night ability the next night to kill the target bypassing everything.

Usable on King? TBH I donā€™t see it being very useful, itā€™s useless once the 1 or 2 healers are dead (I was assuming you still have immunity-piercing bombs).

Itā€™s meant to be a niche ability just like all of the sorcerer kit with the JOAT type of style.

You can target the king

Yeah I like this sorcerer more then the current one tbqh

I especially like the ability to appear as a chosen class to investigatives.

One of the main flaws with this sorcerer is observers catching it, however there has to be some sort of way to mechanically catch it since itā€™s pretty powerful as it is right now. Day Ability wouldnā€™t count as a visit, but the kill would

If you nerf Observer so that he loses peek and has follow split into two abilities, you wouldnā€™t need to balance with observer in mind

no you still would.

His visit tracking is what heā€™s referring to.

ik but you can just chalk that up to just bad luck if obs were balanced

You can chock anything up to bad luck that isnā€™t guaranteed reguardless of balance.

Fiddling with the odds a bit doesnā€™t make it any more or less random in the first place
