I have an alibi for this with Italy, App and Zone (I think it was us 3 lol, might be 1 person wrong in there)

We were fighting a Wyvern, then chilled in the forest for a bit while Italy went to get a crystal rose which causes dizziness

Also Marl is a dead evil who could sap stats from people who died.
They have a direct reason to break the LoH and be able to attack Good characters.
