Unless Amelia is covering for Marl, both seals were broken by Whys (I have reason to doubt this), Emilia (I have reason to doubt) or Amelia.

Emilia is either the best bluffer ever or is good.
Amelia is someone without alibis (since they were the discoverer of the seals being broken) and also I still donāt know what to think about them.
Marlās deffo evil.
But has an alibi via Ameliaās claim.
Which means either Marl is the breaker and Amelia lied for them meaning theyāre both (probably) evil.
Or Amelia might just be the seal breaker.
(Or somethingās really wrong and Emilia is big brain af)
