When I said removed exe-related wincons, the Sovereign may or may not have it as part of their kit since the executions got reworked into their rolecard. Sorry, I worded that poorly.
i was going to say hippo lying about his wincon makes him more likely to be a good sovereign, because thatās too dumb of a fakeclaim to be given to him if he was evil (which he would probably use)
but apparently sovereign can have wincons like that
so
