I would tone down the dmg to like 1.33 rather than the chance

Dmg is fine. Just go for a figure around Pokemonā€™s level.

but yeah assuming 100 luck you have a 45% crit

Crits in its current state are way too powerful
Fights imo shouldnā€™t end in 1 attack

Also why do crits instakill
Itā€™s more often than not negative utility
If they get KOā€™d theyā€™re pretty defenseless and you can just finish them off

Technically a lot of the problem with Death City was because of excessive modifiers.

Marshal was basically 1-shotting people as she had x2 damage when a BM was out alongside an additional x2 damage with her ult. She effectively was doing x4 damage with normal hits and x8 with crit.

Whysper killing Marshal in 1-shot was because her ult caused her next crit to hit for like x4 damage, and she had a passive that would give a bonus x1.5 damage against Chaotic Evil players, which meant Marshal took x6 damage from her.

Explosives were overtuned and Iā€™m changing this, though.
