Scum are more self-conscious due to their wincon and need to ‘look good.’
Therefore they have more shoddy openers that aren’t as natural
thats literally me all the time.
i actively realized fk was reactiontesting me in scp and made a particularly townie response to it, rather than responding naturally, as town
because i was caught off guard from the very beginning and its hard to make up for that when i am constantly answering questions.
I realize this is a terrible response from an objective perspective, but i am using it anyways in the hope that in future it will hold more ground.
im just bad at it when i dont have a proper handhold to work off of, and currently said hand-hold is not much. hence the shaky responses. i would like to think these should be getting better as i formulate my general sort of responses based on how in general your reacting to them (read: trial and error)
not sure. it seems like for this kind of game that might just be your playstyle, but that remains to be seen, as we (or i, at least) dont have much evidence in that regard.
there are of course some roles that would lend themselves to that style as well, but again, remains to be seen for the most part
