Chat filter for phrases

I know the devs said cursing will be allowed, but this filter system would not filter out words like “fuck” but instead filter out phrases like “fuck you”

Here is a list, some of them need explanation as to why I included them:

-“fuck you” becomes "I strongly dislike you and hope you are infertile, so as no more human beings with your terrible traits are created"

-“Bullshit” becomes “Lies and slander!” (you might wonder why I included this one, as it does not seem to be targeted at anyone. However, it is targeted at what someone said.)

-“Traps are gay” becomes “I am lonely and depressed” (I wasn’t sure if the developers wanted to ban this one, if they do this is what it should become)

-“kill yourself” becomes “I enjoy your company”

-“Nigger” becomes “I enjoy the company of all races and creeds”

will include more as I think of them.

N word is report able, you yourself had problems with the “Kys” one. Also this is Murcia, land of the free and home of the brave. So basically you want to get rid of words that could hurt your precious little feelings

I know that. I basically am saying that we shouldn’t limit free speach. I lke what ToS did with swear words. It was completely optional. It was simple.

It’s the internet and the game is pg13 and cursing is allowed so 99% sure, there’s not gonna be a filter, we don’t need one anyway. If people wanna use those words they are toxic anyway.

I am not trying to censor curse words, I am trying to censor mean phrases.

For example, ‘fuck’ would not be censored, but ‘fuck you’ would be.

The devs said you cannot disrespect people, and I see no circumstance where "fuck you’ is not disrespectful.

Joking :man_shrugging:There’s no reason for a filter. If someone wants to say fuck you they’re gonna be toxic in general most likely anyway. No reason to censor. If people get hurt by a fuck you in 2k17, I don’t know how they survived this long.
