Chronomancer

Blue Dragon Support

Pocket Dimension (Day) - Delay your death for 2 nights. This will delay bleeding and poison in addition to attacks. (2 uses)

Time Warp (Night) - Delays a player’s death for 2 days. This will delay bleeding and poison in addition to attacks. Will not prevent suicide. You can prevent a death multiple times. (Infinite uses)

Distort Reality (Night) - Redirect a player’s death you prevented with Time Warp to another player. Cannot redirect your own death. (Infinite uses)

Do you want to see Physician replaced with Chronomancer?

Herbalist would be replaced with an Unseen conversion.

Why should it be replacement and not complement? :confused:

I do like it, but I do not like the overreliance BD will have on Alchemists if Physicians are removed.

Does Distort Reality work on bleed/poison deaths it prevented? Because that would be overpowered I think.

I like the concept but I feel that Physician is a more balanced and more reliable support class, and would not prefer to see Physician replaced

Support classes are always going to be complained about the most, but are not less necessary because of it I think.

Physican is just needed for balance tbh.

Can’t really do much about it but it’s a sad fact.

Just add this as another class.

How would you save someone from bleeding though? It’s like a death sentence to be bleeding.

Yes you may stall their death but soon they will die.

Support classes in general will always be complained about as it’s a love-it-or-hate-it role. The same thing happens in any other multiplayer game such as OW or LoL.

I saw people complaining about CW/Merc too in the discord and I do understand what they mean when they say Phys is boring because I’ve felt the pain of rolling constant Phys in ToL, but I still feel that Support classes are designed that way, it’s like the cornerstone

there’s not much when you look at it, but it holds the team together; without it, anything it holds up would crumble away at the first conflict

I really like the class but I agree with others that it would allow Alchemists to essentially blackmail BD without Phys or a BD class which can cure bleeds and poison. Having a neutral survivor class be the only strong counter to bleeding and poisoning seems problematic.

Bleed/poison can easily get less uses, so it’s not as strong. Time Warp also works on them.
