No. I think there’s at least 1 wolf in the bottom bracket, but I can’t engage with any of the slots at all.

I don’t believe Rue and Pigeon are aligned. Don’t think Rue randomly decides to start up a wagon on her buddy when Wazza is just right there.

I think in wolf Rue worlds, Pigeon is town and likely vice versa.
