I’ll try to explain it, because its kinda weak.
The way I saw it was Chloe entered comfortable with the joke (which made me laugh) which was a towny entrance. Then other people who hadn’t posted yet used the joke to enter the thread because they saw it as a way to enter without creating something new, but then went on to do other things? Whereas sulit made the joke 3 or 4 times and looked like he didn’t really have much of an idea of what else to post so early on. If that makes sense to you
