and wolves had more than one ability and were super OP, which is why I’m also concerned about clonedcheese and his drones lol

if i really want to tinfoil the GM role
i’d say the wolves would vote the most talkative town member who is running for GM because they know it creates a chat
it creates a lot of information flow in the chat that, if they have access to, allows them to use an anticlaim mechanic or similar.

1. players who are able to easily obvtown themselves will be more trusted in the chat, and if something goes wrong and the neighborized players get killed, the GM will look suspicious for it.
2. players who talk a shit ton in the private chat will encourage others to talk more in the chat, as well, and possibly spew their roles.

Ici had an insightful read on Pigeon that I think is either correct (in a world where Ici is a V slot, therefore making Pigeon V) or straight TMI, and specifically V TMI (in a world where Ici is a W slot). Therefore, I am townreading Pigeon by proxy.

Would appreciate more discussion of this than literally no discussion at all.

I’m waiting to see how Whysper seems. So far I think she’s ok, and I’ve gone back and forth a bit on Ici’s slot but think it’s more likely a town slot.
Problem is I don’t really know if I’m satisfied with how the PoE looks.

i dunno if it was clear but these were both points as to why wolves might have wanted Marl to get the GM role, versus Hippo for example (in a world where theyre both v)

uuuurgh this is just. wazza is wolfing, min is villagering, marshal is villagering, i’m undecided on windy but her explanation was pretty good so she’s probably just a villager and the discrepancy i noticed is probably just a lack of knowledge on my part.

what i’m frustrated by is that this is a playstate in which everything seems like it’s proceeding automatically and i hate that i have no reads confident enough to break the deadlock, even though it’s early D1 so it’s no surprise that i don’t

The biggest misgiving I have about Ici is that her reads feel like she really wants to look like she’s solving. Like, really . I’m not sure to what degree it’s characteristic of her to do that. I actually think Marshal of all people is far less performative in this game by comparison, and I think that makes Marshal villagerier if I were to compare her to Ici.

Would also like more discussion of this instead of no discussion at all.

I think Marshal has been far more towny than Ici, but I remember thinking Ici was incredibly performative and stiff in FAM and she flipped town, so quite honestly I have no idea how to read her.

Yes, but my point is that if the town supports Marl as GM and it’s also ideal for wolves, then he was pretty much guaranteed the GM.
