I am awake and just caught up on the entire thread and I basically have a full on reads list.
However, Iām going to struggle to read Alice due to things which I have done, letās just say.

i feel like i have a hair trigger on this one and itās really annoying but I just get the pervasive sense that she is. i just feel it in the depths of my gut. but my gut is an idiot, it likes āeating thingsā, which I donāt particularly like with the noble exception of chocolate, so iām trying to think everything over before casting my lot on a potentially risky push

Thatās fair, just try to rest as much as possible.
Iāve basically been staying up until 10AM unable to sleep and then my body conks out until 7PM-ish
but the thing that keeps nagging at me is that if Alice is w, everything makes sense. the entire game up til this point makes a hell of a lot more sense if alice is a wolf.

Laughs Not sure what makes you think Iām Zone here. Maybe youāre right and maybe youāre wrong though. Who knows?
for example, my mind is fixating on some of the more AtE-ridden passages of the Wazza-Alice argument. Iām going to ignore the use of AtE here and not say something as dumb as āthereās no way alice feels this strongly about thisā because i know perfectly well how strongly people can feel about minor things, so letās ignore the heartless route
but what was Alice trying to do with those posts. what was her motivation? she was genuinely angry, sure, that I can absolutely buy, but even then that doesnāt answer every question. what she was trying to do reads hard like Alice trying to undermine Wazzaās grip on the thread. in those early posts she fixates hard on how bad the threadstate is and how this can be traced back to waza, something i agree with, but the silent implication in all of this seems to be that the thread would be better off if she were in control
Iām not saying alice has control of the thread, because sheās a very very good player, absolutely subtle enough to bide her time beofre going into full, unsubtle powerwolf mode, but she is certainly gaining control of the thread. she doesnāt have to be completely dominating the discussion to have partial control over the direction of the thread, and given the well-established fact that things are going in bad directions, i canāt help but be suspicious of the person whoās gently pushign the discussion
essentially, Alice is playing in exactly the way I can see myself playing with a bit of practise as w and feeling really proud about. it feels all kinds of off and Iām about 70% convinced sheās wolfing this game as a result. and if she is, we have to clear her from the thread ASAP. what iām saying is
