what do you think about the fact that Wazza has been pushing Vulgard back all day, pretty consistently, said she never sees Vulgard flipping town, but then suddenly unvoted and decided to vote Atlas instead specifically because Vulgard’s wagon didn’t have enough traction?
arctic is good at findivg stuff i think is villagery and labeling it as wolfy
uh
i sort of feel like as a villager you back off a push because you townread them interacting with them, while as a wolf you back off a push because youre confused about how to push it anymore
idk nya i kind of just woke up
I very much like this post (I don’t agree with what’s it’s getting at but this is a very pure type of thought imo I’ll explain more if anyone wants I’m mobile

the thing is that wazza did not townread vulgard and still doesn’t
the only reason she backed off was, as she stated, because vulgard’s wagon wasnt gaining traction and some people were expressing townreads on vulgard
and then she went and voted atlas saying she might just swap back to vulgard later
it’s just that the explanation is very weird and also fits exactly with how you just said a wolf backs off the push
I already stated my reasoning. Literally a few posts ago. I’m wolfreading both of them and Vulgard is clearly trying to get people to start voiting Wazza. The only question is why he’s doing it. There’s a few possibilities here.
In a v!Vulgard world
Clearly he’s more confident in Wazza being scum.
In a world where Vulgard and Atlas are w/w and Wazza is V
He’s trying to save a scumbuddy and get rid of a strong villager that looks scummy. This has the highest chance of being the case idf you ask me.
In a world where Vulgard is a wolf with both Wazza and Atlas
This world is unlikely in my eyes, because why would you want Wazza dead over Atlas if both of them are your scumbuddies? The only thing I can think of is trying to get people to think that both you and your other scumbuddy are villagers, but the play is a very risky one and doesn’t make sense to make.
In a world where Wazza/Vulgard are w/w and Atlas is a villager
I don’t think any wolf in their right mind would do this honestly. It would be an extremely dumb play with how strong a player Wazza is.
With all being said and done, I don’t think Vulgard and Wazza are ever w/w here.
I view it as being unlikely because Vulgard is a strong wolfread of mine.
What makes you so sure that Vulgard is a villager?
They’re either t/t, t/w, or w/t. The question is figuring out which. The only reason I don’t have Vulgard as lock w is because those that I lock w in games have a tendancy to be villagers and rarely actual wolves.
at a glance i dont really see anything wolfy about the quotes wind just pulled up
uh
it seems perfectly reasonable as villager to care about thread consensus for where youre voting, if not your actual read on a player
but i dont see it as wolfy necessarily
what i don’t like is how wazza went about doing it, and conveniently wolfreads arctic for townreading vulgard, as well as also pushing me for a while and ultimately leaving me at a null.
i think arctic brought up that wazza has been backing off people who push on her and changing reads from wolf to town, which does look pretty odd.
