With the new drunk changes I’d say this is pretty balanced.

I really love this ability because it actually gives evils a reason to not have to bus each other for towncred but actually have a reliable fake-claim that the hypnotist can work with. Right now its too easy to spot mafia through behaviour and reads. This will give evils incentive to blend in.
