but for that particular situation, im thinking that maybe hammer just saw someone as having a thing he could reasonably latch onto, and so he did, and hard town-read that so that people wouldn’t execute him in this situation
im not sure if that falls under the false associative or not, but thats what im thinking right now

I think it’s quite possible his lylo play was PKR and kyo voting each other and him/you/appel hammering so I’m asking you to explain why I shouldn’t believe that
full transparency this is mostly a formality and I don’t think I’m ever voting not you today unless PKR shows up and claims scum or something dumb like that

why would he crusade for kyo being town if he wanted pkr to vote kyo. wouldnt it make more sense to just let them both be murky and fester each vote separately?
point is he wanted kyo to vote pkr and pkr would have no choice but to vote kyo because if kyo/pkr is v/v wolves just hammer pkr
well if he was possibly signalling to kyo for lost wolf, then obviously kyo wouldnt be the ideal ex for him. if thats the case then he wouldn’t have waited for pkr to vote kyo, that wouldn’t be a necessary part of the plan. just getting kyo to vote a presumably town, get a second vote somewhere, and just hammer. this would be the right move even if this ex’s the lost wolf, because they would still have two wolves left over to kill one at night and continue in lylo and just get kyo.
why would he assume kyo would vote a villager/LW though instead of like appel?
and why would kyo be the next yeet after a quickhammer if he and appel were the ones pulling it off
well for the second part, i assume it wouldnt just be a quick hammer where they out themselves in doing it. if they know that the person could be a lw, and they were planning for that occasion, then they wouldn’t out themselves in quick hammering.
they would leave themselves some room to wiggle.
as for the above, i dont know why he would. in my opinion, he wouldn’t without prior knowledge of who kyo was reading scum i admit im not entirely sure of what kyo’s reads were like in thread two, but if he kept track of that he would have an idea of who kyo was already leaning scum on, and push toward them to get kyo to vote them.
im assuming based on the way this is worded that near the end of thread two kyo wasnt really liking appel
