@Arete Why did you jump to calling for a CFD on Wazza when you had other scum reads?
Like I could buy Cloned’s thing about Arete being a wolf bussing Wazza in most worlds (even if I semi think Arete is town). Arete should have died over Insanity because Arete just got a wolf out and is a pretty good player, which wolves usually kill early enough (especially if Arete just got a wolf out)
I feel like I have highly confused Arete here and honestly it is somewhat entertaining but it has allowed me to see their inner machinations.
I still really do not see Arete flip scum because of the whole “If everyone buys triplevoter then scum cannot get vigilante” thing. And their interactions on Wazza were logical, with signs of progression which were not forced.
IDK why anyone would consider them at this time.
Frankly I just hate cheese’s posts as they’ve been hyperfocusing on Arete/I and are just relying on bad NKA/possibility analysis instead of actually reading posts.
I can see a world where cheese is a wolf who does the NK to frame and keep on the suspicions at Arete, especially as he’s done nothing but previously shade Arete and tunnel me. His tenacity is villagery, but outside of it his ISO can be a Level 2 wolf.
I did say multiple times that I do not like how Cheese has been posting and it felt a bit wolfy, so, tbh I agree with you there.
It is just a contributory thing.
Their reads and takes do not feel forced at all.
Interactions between them and the flipped wolf, Wazza, seem quite normal with nothing at really really showing up as strange on either ISO.

This post honestly pinged me, though. I feel like Arete was trying to force a read here being that Wazza was literally not bothering to play and that Derps could easily be put in the PoE for slanking as well.
Why do you think I want Arete to answer before I make any decision? I am damn cautious this time and want to solve this mystery in my head. Have you noticed I am not calling for Arete’s head yet? Is it so bad to chase leads no matter how unpopular they are?
Is cheese that skilled/plan heavy? Most newbie wolves would kill Arete or you to silence you, hence them keeping town Arete alive (who has influence and decent reads) and then framing them comes from an experienced wolf who knows how to influence people.
also Alice take a look at Wazza’s ISO and tell me there aren’t potential signals (which is why I am starting to think your claim is legit)

This read never works. It didn’t work in WW where people were suspecting Vulgard for being alive endgame, nor did it work in WYM II where people suspected Marshal/I for being alive D3.
Does scum Arete also get scum Wazza to put them as their top townread to throw off spew from Wazza?
It doesn’t take much skill to kill Insanity, then quote his suspicions on Arete and point out that Arete is alive.
Like my issue with Cheese is that he’s focusing on dumb shit like bad NKA or claims to make his pushes. It basically looks a lot like a wolf who has a hard time faking reads trying to use easy reasoning to push their wolfreads, kind of like how ATNoName was using a blanket NKA to push a ML on CRich FoL30.
The problem is that I can unfortunately see people on this site doing this as either alignment, which is why I haven’t turbo’d Cheese yet.
