well this has nothing to do with his EoD yesterday
he didn’t try to get anyone to vote with him like in the pokemon game
the similarites i’m talking about refer to voting his townread over his scumread in order to sheep
well he’s probably going to make sure he doesn’t do that now
Remember he voted Silviu who he said was his highest townread EoD because Cheese claimed PR and then he said he’d trust Cheese in assuming Silviu was scum.
Would wolf!Arctic rather have asked this in scum chat than in thread? (Eh, maybe that’s not very reliable logic).
The opening posts are a bit empty and awkward, even as a joke-y posts (which could be wolfy considering I assume Arctic has never randed wolf in his life before?)
I think I might have seen someone (probably Vul) pointing this out, but why did Arctic complain about people making judgements despite simultaneously responding to Cent to defend a kinda opposite stance?
Especially since this sort of thing is kinda being on sidelines and commenting on other people playing, and not being entirely consistent even doing that (unless I’m missing something here).
I mean, ok, but then why not try to make some reads yourself early on?
(I also think I didn’t agree at the time that there wasn’t anything to do when he said that).
The feeling of guilt here might be somewhat town indicative I guess?
The read on Worse is a bit weird - saying they don’t like one thing, like the other and coming with a townlean? This would be fine if there was some indication of these two ideas being reconciled in some way, but there seems to be some deattachement.
I’m fucking blind, one of the things was about Solic, so none of this matters. (Arctic was prodding Solic for townleaning Worse).
I would say I like the take as it’s not generic to suspect someone for townleaning insufficiently (you’d need to think beyond surface level and think about TMI for that), but not sure that deserves much cred since it was kinda dropped.
Think Arctic improves a bit in posts following that (and shows some pushing/interrogation while being able to focus on a number of people, and not going just one by one)
I probably like how Arctic defends his stance on how to approach the game with confidence (taking into account his inexperience, which makes it go against the notion of him being an awkward wolf who doesn’t know what to do, which I suggested earlier.)
(I’m referring to conversation with eevee btw)
Fair point and observation.
Response to Vul was ok.
That’s a bit of a silly read, but I’d think as a wolf he’d have more awareness about this and this question would more likely not exist.
The post on gorta seems good, and it makes sense he’d try to read a person from a game he previously played in more detail.
He also pointed out the same thing about the confidence of gorta that I pointed out, so retrospective mindmeld? (he probably went into more detail on that than I had)
He doesn’t fall into piling reasons to push gorta either (like, for his lack of activity), so the read feels like it was in good faith and not otherwise.
I also like the level of aggressivenes in Artic’s tone. (I’m saying this not knowing how he played most of the Newbie game, however, so take my opinion with grain of salt.)
I don’t think the Majora vote came out completely out of nowhere, even though I’d like to know why Arctic felt the need to state they had scumread them “basically the entire day” (not the case from what I’ve seen, unless it was not stated in the thread).
I think Arctic might be town, or at least I don’t see them being particularly wolfy (except for maybe some posts at the start of the game, but Arctic has improved a lot since then, so I don’t think that’d be a valid judgement).
So why would you switch to someone leaning town then.
I mean, you just repeated what you said previously. (which is to try to diminish the read you stated).
From your own posts I wouldn’t even say you were that completely out of touch with the game as you are trying to imply.
Again, you were able to comment on quite a few things Majora did, for example.
