Cult in the Jungle Republic - Cult Wins!

There are no logs btw

It was a bait that I just thought of :frowning:
If you said you wrote something scum confirmed

Townie posts:

This fits with his voting pattern btw.

Scummy posts:

Scumhunting is something typically townie

Seems confused to claim Vigilante or Citizen. His later defense of trying to cover for the Vigilante seems a bit random, when 2 claimed Vigilante already. However both Firekitten and Celeste have made slips in their Vigilante claims. I honestly don’t think Vigilante has been outed yet.

Neutral, but probably important posts:

Overall I don’t think he is Cultist or Vigilante. I am very torn between Mafia or Citizen though… I will think for a bit more, I’d rather vote suspects for Cultist and Mafia though, but it seems like you will not let it go there.

And if you mislynch him as Citizen, what info will we gain? Nothing. I really dislike that you would automatically assume I am scum if he flips mafia too, just because he has sheeped my calls and defended me, not the other way around.

I explained my reasons for not wanting to lynch him. He was among Shurian, Whammerist and himself that defended me at L-1. I just don’t see a new Cultist doing that who is by himself, so I would much rather vote up people that I see have the potential to be Mafia or Cultist.

This early and for the next couple of days, we can afford mislynches
(Of course it is preferable to not ML in the first place, but if we do then it’s not bad)

We should at this time go with whatever gives us the most information. That’s my opinion

This is a particularly crucial day as this might be our shot at eliminating the Cult if it has not been eliminated already. That warrants extra scrutiny.

Actually it does

It will tell us whether real vig has outed or not and it will give us the information that Insanity is likely scum and other sheepers

We can’t eliminate cult leader if we can’t find out who the mafia are and who the vig is

Do you think it’s behaviour for the Cult Leader to defend someone who is at L-1? If he had simply sheeped me like the rest, he could have gone on recruiting already.

Sam’s lynch will also give us the information of the scum team if he flips scum which gives us cult

Yeah but maybe he wants to look townie and not a sheeper

Sam has to be either

Citizen, mafia, or cult.

Vig is highly unlikely (also I tried some vig bait but it didn’t work…)

He didn’t respond to my bait like “I can’t shoot tonight!”

And risk getting the lynch turned on to him and him losing indefinitely? Really? He had no prior connection to me, so it was super easy for him to lay back and get me out. If you’re a lone Cultist, you must do everything to survive the day to recruit that night to ensure that you won’t lose. He wouldn’t stick his neck out like that unless he was Citizen or Mafia. Citizen, because it is the right thing to do, since I was town and you would be mislynching me. Mafia to gain town credibility after I would flip Citizen.

I am throwing away my scumreading skills if he flips Cultist. There is literally no way I am buying that Shurian, Whammerist or Sam are now Cultist. They can be anything else, but I don’t buy that they are Cultist after that behaviour.

Okay so we can cross out cult too

So either town or mafia, I would suspect mafia.

(also he called me a scorned when scorned is impossible so scum?)

You have a fair point about him not being able to be cult.

I thought that hippo would convert him because it made more sense to me.

But he could still be mafia.

So you now buy that he is not a candidate for new Cultist. Don’t you agree that we should be looking for people that we suspect can be either mafia or Cultist? Especially now that we have the opportunity to wipe out entire Cult if we do catch him?

We can always lynch him tomorrow or day vig him tomorrow if you are so inclined to do so.

I mean you have a fair point.

@Insanity do you want to give a defense of why you aren’t not scum?

But how do we even know cult didn’t hit mafia/cop/vig?
