Remember that the nerb slot was completely inactive until Captain arrived. If maf did kill (which they did) in that time, Whamm would’ve been the one making the kill. So I think either one could’ve ordered the kill based on your reasoning: The kills been made have been done by someone who hasn’t really paid too much attention to the daily going-ons.

If the mafia are not framing, that would make both of the mafia fairly inactive. Back then it was nerb slot and Whamm who had been contributing nothing.

I’m not one for angleshooting, especially a replacement slot, but I have to now agree htm was correct all along about Nerbin’s slot. And even if Squid did not die this night, I would have voted Captain based on someone not payimg attention to the game, meaning Meme or Wham. However, since Wham is more than likely the inactive member on a trip, this has gotta be the current active killer and Meme did want to generate more discussion before hammer, suggesting more than likely that he is town.
